BearPacker is built by a small, driven founding team united by a shared mission: to protect the wild, educate outdoor communities, and redefine what it means to explore responsibly. What started as a passion for the outdoors has evolved into a purpose-driven movement focused on conservation, safety, and real impact.
Led by Co-Founder & CEO Benji “BenjiBear” Grimm, alongside Co-Founder & CPO Tina “BearMoon” Grimm, and Co-Founder & CTO Andrew “HappyBear” Tippie, the team combines lifelong outdoor experience with innovation, resilience, and a commitment to building something bigger than themselves. Together, they are laying the foundation for BearPacker to grow into a global force for good in the outdoor world.
